Sailor Moon in Sweden: Theme Songs

The opening and ending themes of the Swedish dub use original tunes but with new lyrics in Swedish, sung by Sailor Moon's voice actress Annelie Berg.
     Unfortunately, the dubbers only made one set of them. Instead of playing Princess Moon from ep. 27 onwards, they put in Heart Moving and the first opening and ending animation sequences, and used them up to the end of the first year.  The original animations were kept in Sailor Moon R, but Otome no Policy got skipped for still more of Heart Moving during the first ten episodes. After episode 58, they instead played a karaoke version of Otome no Policy without vocals.

The Swedish dub is also aired in Finland, with Finnish subtitles - including subtitles of the theme songs. I hardly know one word of Finnish, but I've been told the translation is quite faithful to the Swedish lyrics... with some artistic license.  Many thanks to Maria Honkala of Finland who made them available!

In the Swedish dub of the karaoke scene in episode 7, Annie and Lima (Usagi and Naru) come up with a whole new set of lyrics for Moonlight Densetsu:

Episode 54 has never been aired in Sweden, but the dub manuscript contains Swedish lyrics for a brief snippet of Hottokenaiyo (the first three lines) and a shortened version of Eien no Melody (first verse and first chorus) - and EnM even got a Swedish title.  Like with the theme songs, their lyrics are completely changed and are not translated from the Japanese originals.
